You can use virtualenv on windows with powershell

If you use python a lot, you probably use virtualenv.  And you probably want to use virtualenvwrapper.  You can on windows now:

powershell
pip install virtualenv virtualenvwrapper-powershell
Set-ExecutionPolicy unrestricted
mkdir ~/.virtualenvs
import-module virtualenvwrapper
mkvirtualenv myenv
